Summary/Abstract: The main purpose of this study, which was carried out within the scope of the quantitative research model, in which the relationship between managerial behaviors and flow experience concepts was examined, is to reveal the effects of workers’ perceptions of managerial behaviors on flow experiences. The universe of the research consists of all white-collar employees of corporate companies operating in education, health, banking, insurance, construction and tourism sectors in Ankara, Osmaniye and Iskenderun. The convenience sampling method was preferred in the study. The data were collected from 387 white-collar workers in the research population through face-to-face questionnaires. The hypothesis tests conducted in the study showed that the dimensions of managerial behaviors (customer focus and communication, participation and fairness, team and consistency, empowerment, career coaching, flexibility and work-life balance) perceived by the employees had significant and positive effects on the dimensions of flow experience (engagement, enjoyment of work/intrinsic motivation). With this study, it has been determined that the perceived managerial behaviors of white-collar workers working in different corporate businesses in the service sector have significant and positive effects on their flow experiences. Later researchers could examine whether the effect of managerial behavior on flow experience differs significantly in other sectors as well.
