Summary/Abstract: Purpose – The aim of this study is to examine teachers' views on organizational creativity in depth. For this purpose, the researcher sought answers to the questions "What is the concept of organizational creativity?", "What are the factors affecting organizational creativity?", "What are the effects of organizational creativity on employees?". Design/methodology/approach – This study was carried out within the framework of qualitative research approach. The study group of the research consists of 12 teachers working at Amasya Çelebi Mehmet Secondary School. The data obtained by the semi-structured interview method were analyzed from a descriptive point of view. Findings – In this direction, the participants expressed the concept of organizational creativity as 1. New idea 2. Output 3. Application of creative thinking 4. Brainstorming, the factors affecting organizational creativity as 1. Organizational and individual factors 2. Individual factors. In addition, teachers defined the effects of organizational creativity on employees as 1. Individual and organizational factors 2. Individual effects. Discussion – In line with the findings, the researcher made suggestions such as organizing seminars, training and conferences to increase organizational creativity, giving importance to teamwork, and making the working environment suitable for expressing ideas freely.
