Summary/Abstract: The regulatory framework for protecting cultural heritage implies the need to implement an adequate international legal framework for achieving better care and preservation of our historical and cultural heritage as part of the world heritage. Looking up to rapid developments in digitalisation, in the light of regulating complex management processes, requires the establishment of sustainable legal and regulatory framework in comply with the highest standards of protection of cultural heritage.
