Summary/Abstract: The article’s subject is the history of the Polish Crown Guard between 1775 and 1794. In this part,the author analyses personnel changes and the number of soldiers, also paying attention to thepresentation of service places, such as the Royal Castle or Łazienki. He also brings up the issueof drill, training, and quartering of soldiers. In the case of the Crown Horse Guard Regiment, the problem of purchasing and maintaining horses was considered. The fate of both regimentsduring the 1792 war with Russia and the role of the Targowica Confederation is also discussed.
