Summary/Abstract: The Physical activity is a necessity for every person, especially today during the age of digitalization. Physical health is on its developmental path from birth, through physical activity, until the end of its life “from cradle to grave”. Physical activity like training or exercises must be performed every day, programmed, planned and organized depending on the age of the students and to be guided by the teacher of physical education. Professionally guided teaching in physical education classes has a positive effect on the student’s physical status, but unprofessional teaching can have a negative effect on the students’ bodies, also on the motivation to practice physical activities in the future. Properly learned movement means decrease and eradicating deformities, acquisition of sports habits, obesity reduction and sports socialization against negative and aggressive tendencies in modern society. This change in the law of primary education and introduction of tandem teaching in the physical education class, leads to quality European education with healthy students. A research survey was conducted on 137 subjects, from both genders 4th and 5th grade students from primary school "Koco Racin" Kratovo and primary school "Braka Miladinovci" Probistip, in which 12 anthropometric variables measurements were used for morphological characteristics assessment and 10 tests for assessing some physical abilities.
