Summary/Abstract: The construction of big industrial works with the Chinese ads and loans during the space time 1969-1973, were beyond any doubt a big help for Albania. Nevertheless, once more, the bad management of the Chinese loans would bring economic stagnation for Albania. The investment of the overwhelming part of the Chinese loans on heavy industry, would be seriously felt at the life level of the Albanian people. Another shortcoming that Albania had in the process of its industrialization, was the total lack of experience in this field. The process of the country's industrialization had started since the close relations with the Soviet Union, but with fruitless outcome. Also from the time's communist leadership of Albania, the Soviet Union would be accused as the greatest detrimental element of the Albanian economy, when in fact during all the '50ies, had been the Soviet aids and loans that have made possible the support of the Albanian economy. The same thing would happen with the People's Republic of China. Albania through its leadership wanted to go beyond her real possibilities to be industrialized. In all the human history, the industrialization process is a very complex one that has been accomplished only when the people of specific countries have achieved the right social maturity for such a qualitative leap. As we also saw in this paper, the industrialization required big amounts of money and specialized people to the best to put at work the industrial works. Would have been impossible for Albania that only after thirty years of the Second World War's end to achieve by a finger clap the industrial level of other countries, when was very well known that the country was without any kind of experience in this field. Was not casual that for every failure or malfunction of the industrial equipments, the Albanian government always blamed the others. The same as in the case of the economic relations with the Soviet Union, also the relations with the People's Republic of China would occur the same destiny, and always the guilty were the others, never the Albanians.
