Summary/Abstract: This paper refers to the latest, critical edition of the novel “Prostate Juice” from 2022, enriched with texts from literary criticism. “Prostate Juice” is the cult novel of a Macedonian: poet, storyteller, novelist, children’s writer, translator, publicist, encyclopedist, cultural worker. The most provocative novel of our 20th century has become a new redefinition of values such as: honesty, openness, originality, the brutal truth of intimacy. The novel is the apotheosis of freedom – spiritual, sexual, social, political. With this work, Pavlovski immortalized himself as the most widely read author of his time, but also as a grand master of the word and an instigator of the advanced, the avant-garde, the new, the thought-inducing and the rebellious.
