Summary/Abstract: Electronic literature and/or digital literature is a genre of literature that encompasses works created exclusively on and for digital devices, such as computers, tablets, and mobile phones. However, the internet is a completely different medium compared to a book. People today freely express their thoughts using electronic media such as blogs and social networks. Technology today also enables one-to-one correspondence between author and reader, simplifying access and understanding of literature by students, researchers, and readers. Digital technology and media offer new ways of producing literary works, but they also require writers to develop different styles, techniques, skills, methodologies and conventions of communication, between themselves and their readers, and also between them and their work. . The endless possibilities offered by technology and media are revolutionizing the process of cultural production, including the creation of literary works.
