Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the operational guidelines for the management of external borders, which are related to their easier passage from Ukraine to the European Union. These measures are dictated by the ongoing hostilities in Ukraine and aim to facilitate citizens leaving Ukraine to seek protection in the Member States.
