Summary/Abstract: In present, society must support the education for all, for every human because the educational process must be addressed to all and to everyone, to focus on quick and appropriate solutions in order to adapt to human diversity and uniqueness. Inclusive education involves educating children with differences în thinking and learning together with their neurotypical colleagues. Inclusive education may have good results for children with special needs if their teacher proves an educational and human involvement, but also a good collaboration with the other educational actors such as: child, parent, support teacher, school counselor. Inclusion involves careful assessment of a child 's needs and then a good implementation of a strategic plan in order to support the child to be integrated in the whole class of students. This educational research followed the degree of openness of the teachers regarding their option in approaching and involvement to create a school environment which would be a good and safe one for each child to develop and integrate. The results of the research in the case of the investigated sample prove that teachers are concerned to create and support strategies in order to develop an inclusive system knowing at the same time all principles and the required and right documents for teaching activities which are projected for children with learning difficulties.
