Summary/Abstract: n November 1944, communist activity continued along the same lines, infiltrating or organizing new methods of action. P.C.d.R. it remains, in this area of the country, in the background, proposing to coordinate, from the shadows, certain institutions, although, at the regional level, it remains an insignificant political organization. The Banat communist press attacked the National-Peasant Party, criticized the Romanian citizens who helped the German prisoners, was concerned with the fall of the Sănătescu government and the installation of a cabinet of the National Democratic Front, the purification of the central and local administration, the ownership of the peasants, etc.
