Summary/Abstract: The aim of this work is to reveal the strategic approach to human resources management in the Postof Serbia based on the opinions of employees. The total number of respondents is 102. In addition tothe theoretical part, the paper also contains empirical research, thus providing significant informationto the sector that has the task of developing and managing personnel in the Post of Serbia. The authorsconducted the research using the survey method, and the further processing procedure was carried outthanks to the statistical program SPSS version 26. The subject of the research is determining the degreeof job satisfaction and work engagement of employees at the Post of Serbia, as well as identifying areasin human resource management that require improvement
