THE ALBANIAN PERSPECTIVE UNDER THE SPIRIT OF EUROPEAN LAW FOR THE PROTECTION OF HEALTH AT WORK

Summary/Abstract: In order to clearly identify the problems and intervention measures at all levels, the research method, qualitative and quantitative methods, as well as the statistical data comparison method, was selected. The scientific research is based on the identification of the national and international legal framework, the legal and academic developments regarding the changes that have been made to the legal and sub-legal acts regarding the protection and safety of the health and life of employees. A search was made of national and international reports regarding the standards, the problems identified for the protection and safety of the health and life of employees. The official websites of the Court, the General Prosecutor's Office, the State Inspectorate of Labor and Social Services, the Institute of Social Security, the media and the online press, etc., were monitored. The main purpose: Through this study, we aim to analyze the legal framework for the protection, safety of life and health of employees at work or third parties, combining the analysis with statistical data and cases from practice, in order to highlight the problems that has the legal framework in relation to guaranteeing the life and health of employees or third parties and addressing concrete recommendations
