Summary/Abstract: Theological education has its own particularities, which have an impact on the educational process itself. One of these specifics is targeted pedagogical formative influence on the religious experience of students. This paper examines the influence of distance education specifically on the theological formation of students through a case study of Adventist Theological Institute, the institution of which the author is currently the director.
