Noelogisms and remarkes in the language of advertising

Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with neologisms and remakes used in the texts of advertisements. According to the nature of usage, they are divided into terminative and stylistic. On the basis of information leaflets distributed in supermarkets, the usage features of terminative neologisms are discussed. Stylistic neologisms are classified into word and word-form derivation figures; their usage and stylistic functions are reviewed. Also the most frequent ways and means of updating phraseology and its application are discussed.
