Summary/Abstract: The article examines the development of real estate prices in Bulgaria. For this purpose, the national level housing price index, regional level indices, and indices for new and existing housing are studied. The data is quarterly and covers the period from 2015 to 2023. A one-year forecast is made for these indicators.
