Summary/Abstract: The subject of the studies is the practical and theoretical study of the crime from a forensic point of view. In a practical aspect, all actions of the perpetrator (method of committing the crime, mechanism of the crime and behavioral signature) are examined as a source of information for the detection of the crime. In a theoretical forensic aspect, the crime is examined from the point of view of what is typical for the relevant type. This is subject to the forensic characteristics of the given type of crime. Its practical meaning is determined by the principle that the typical is the most probable. In this sense, the forensic characterization of each type of crime is important when building versions of unknown perpetrators of crimes.
