Summary/Abstract: For historical reasons, it is currently not possible to withdraw Polish citizenship in Poland, although many countries allow this type of solution. The analysis of the provisions of Belgian lawregarding this issue aims to assess whether the Belgian system is optimal enough to constitute apossible model for the Polish legislator.
