Summary/Abstract: Following the conclusion of the evacuation operation from Crimea, on May 29, 1944, on the plateau in front of the Maritime Station in Constanța, one of the largest military ceremonies of the Romanian Royal Navy was organized and carried out during the participation in the combat actions of the Second World War. During the ceremony, according to archival documents and specialized works, some decorations were conferred whose awarding decrees were not identified or the handing of other decorations was made much later.
