Summary/Abstract: The so-called «petites revues» are the medium where a battle against the legitimation structures of the intellectual field is fought. The criticism of the official institutions, based on their rejection, allows these reviews to take part in the social space and to assert an identity: the forms they assume and the critical discourses they adopt are the root cause of a desecration and a reorganization of the literary field. In this paper, using the example of three contemporary «petites revues», the Revue Blanche, the Ermitage and the Mercure de France, we have tried to highlight the strategies these publications adopt in order to force a restructuring of the intellectual space of their time.
