Summary/Abstract: The centenary of the International Labour Organization (1919-2019) provided an opportunity to reflect on the impact of international labour standards in Switzerland. It is evident that the ILO's instruments have significantly influenced the development of social law in Switzerland, primarily in legislation but also in case law. It is likely that this influence will continue and possibly even increase in the coming years.
