Summary/Abstract: The absorption of EU funds undoubtedly is among the pillars ensuring sustainable development and economic growth. The present article examines the new tool for funding in the framework of programming period 2021-2027, which is accessible for a wide range of applicants from different spheres of public life, determined as eligible participants in the mutual large-scaled project proposals to contribute for improvement of the regional development.
