Summary/Abstract: The world is in a state of change, and education is their key factor. Management has a crucial importance and influence on education. Education must go through changes in order for the education system to be more efficient. New knowledge reveals new horizons and requires changes. Changes require greater activities of managers within the education process, that is, in all spheres of life in the knowledge society.
