Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the current state and prospects of digital transformation ofeducation and science in Ukraine within the strategic partnership with the European Union.The basic principles of digital transformation have been characterized. Information is providedon Ukraine’s commitments in science and technology, as well as education, training and youth,for the implementations on strategic sectoral partnerships under the EU-Ukraine AssociationAgreement. The progress of implementation of the Agreement in these areas is analyzed. Themain state initiatives and international projects within the framework of digitalization of higher,professional higher and vocational education and science in Ukraine, as well as software andhardware systems and automated systems whose functionality ensures the implementationof digitalization initiatives are considered. Furthermore, prospects for the digital transformationof education and science in Ukraine for the implementation of strategic partnership with EUcountries are determined.
