Summary/Abstract: Turkish and Russian administrations, which have had many conflicts in the historical process, have developed a conflict-free relationship network since the 2000s. The historical past of every relationship definitely affects its future. Both Russian and Turkish authorities have been making great efforts since the 2000s to ensure that this effect is positive. The two countries, which have developed their relations on the basis of cooperation and partnership, away from conflict and competition, have exhibited an attitude away from making their disagreements the main agenda item. Despite the cold network of relations built on the conflicts of the past, it is undoubtedly important how and on which issues the comprehensive and warm relations that continue to present have been established. This study discusses the developments between 2000-2008, which formed the basis of this warm relationship network between Türkiye and Russia that extends to the present day.
