Summary/Abstract: Human resources are one of the most important elements in the management of any business unit, which requires great skills and knowledge for their successful and effective management. Controlling and observation of labor legislation is performed by the Labor Inspectorate |Agency. The report reveals violations of labor rights, working conditions and wages during the summer in seasonal employment in Bulgaria.
