Summary/Abstract: Since 2011, mandatory continuous professional development of library and information experts has been in force in the Republic of Serbia, regulated by the Law on Library and Information Activities and the Rules for Continuous Professional Development in Library and Information Activities from 2013.The National Library of Serbia from 2014 carries out accreditation of the programs. In addition to the accreditation procedure, the obligations of the organizers and executors of the program, as well as the conditions for conducting training of library and information experts, are regulated by law. The analysis carried out for the purposes of this article deals with the presentation of the scope of accredited programs by year from 2014 to 2024, the institutions that accredited the largest number of programs, but also the programs themselves - their topics and the frequency of their accreditation and implementation.
