GENERAL RADU R. ROSETTI – LANDMARK IN THE ROMANIAN ARMY, IN ROMANIAN SCIENCE AND CULTURE

Summary/Abstract: This article is a continuation of the article "General Radu R. Rosetti - personal and professional milestones" that appeared in "Străjer în calea furtunii" Magazine no. 34/2024 under the auspices of the "Mareșal Alexandru Averescu" Foundation. General Radu R. Rosetti is a representative personality of the golden generation of politicians and soldiers who made „Romania Mare”; he is an emblematic military personality and, regardless of the reason for the evocation, it is important to bring to the attention of the reader of these pages a few aspects about the life and career of this man of perfect morality. Based on these considerations, we proposed to highlight in this article aspects of his professional activity and his scientific activity and to present some thoughts of General Radu R. Rosetti about a notion existing in the character of the Romanian people - bravery.
