Summary/Abstract: This article explores the pivotal role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in optimizing the judicial process by harnessing its capacity to swiftly and efficiently analyse and interpret data. AI stands poised to revolutionize legal administration through the automation of repetitive administrative tasks within the judicial system, such as case management, scheduling court sessions, handling correspondence, and generating standardised documents. By alleviating the manual burdens of judicial staff, AI accelerates workflow processes, benefiting both legal professionals and parties involved in judicial proceedings. The implementation of AI-driven automation in legal administration offers manifold advantages, including rapid processing and management of vast amounts of information and tasks, leading to expedited workflow within the judicial system. AI systems can accomplish administrative tasks in significantly less time than a human team, thereby enabling the expedited conduct of judicial proceedings.
