Summary/Abstract: This text explores an aspect of the work of a sculptor named Boyan Rainov, that is related to formal characteristics with biological orientation known from a modern tradition called, biomorphic. There are three works examined in the foreground, reflecting even wider view towards the ideas of this partly forgotten but significant sculptor who realized most of his work in France.
