Summary/Abstract: This study is the first to develop acomprehensive questionnaire on employee experienceconditions. The study tested and validated a constructwith five latent variables (reputation, recruitment process, physical environment, cultural environment, andrelationship with former employees) based on a literaturereview, interviews with experts in the field, and statisticalanalysis of data from 325 respondents. This construct wasused to examine the relationship between employeeexperience conditions, employee commitment, andemployee intention to leave the organisation. Anadditional survey of 215 employees was conducted todetermine the mediation and moderator relationships. The study found that employee experience conditionspositively predicted employee engagement and negativelypredicted employee turnover intentions. Furthermore, apartial mediation relationship was identified in thatemployee engagement is a factor through whichemployee experience conditions affect employees'intention to leave the organisation. Finally, employeeexperience conditions act as a moderator, strengtheningthe negative relationship between employee engagementand turnover intentions.
