Summary/Abstract: The article we propose represents a continuance of the study of the dialects from the Codru Area. In previous publications, we presented information about the delimitation of this area, the dialectal survey, the system of diminutives, general linguistic peculiarities and we analyzed the terminology of the popular port from this ethnographic area, referring, especially, to the clothing elements. In this article, we intend to expose some of the dialectal peculiarities of the Codrenian dialects that we find both in the phonetically transcription of the texts and in other audio recordings during the field investigation. As we have already specified, the age categories of the informants are: 20-30 years, 40-50 years and over 70 years. We did not randomly choose the study of the dialects on these three age levels, but to follow the evolution of the Codrenian dialects and the influences that occurred in the language along with the social, economic and political changes in the modern era. In this sense, we will highlight the common aspects of the dialects spoken in this area, but also those characteristic of each age category. On the other hand, we intend to follow and exemplify the peculiarities of these idioms according to the geographical settlement and the proximity to other ethnographic areas. Thus, we will expose morpho-syntactic and lexical aspects, the order of the words in sentence, ways of forming words, expressions and locutions used. We will also attach a model of phonetic transcription for illustrating dialectal peculiarities of the Codrenian dialects. From a morpho-syntactic point of view, we will focus on the plural forms of words, used articles, common adverbs, popular verb forms, morphological and syntactic archaisms. The lexicon will be exemplified both unitarily, through words characteristic of this area, and dispersed, through lexical variants. Besides these, we propose to present situations in which the reversed topic and some expressions or locutions also represent peculiarities of the language in the studied area.We hope that this article will represent a continuity of our previous studies and a contribution to Romanian linguistics and dialectology.
