Summary/Abstract: Crime of bribery is part of the so-called crimes of corruption, along with crimes of bribery, receiving undue advantage and influence peddling. In this study we analyze the crime of bribery as it is regulated by the criminal law in force and we will make some observations on the regulation of the new penal code.
