Summary/Abstract: The research focuses on best practices for operational risk management in the fintech sector in the context of digital transformation, highlighting the key importance of new technologies for increasing business agility and resilience, as well as the role of innovation in optimizing processes and reducing dependence on physical infrastructure. Four key areas of best practice are explored, and the resulting paper provides recommendations for improving business continuity and minimizing risk - implementing risk management technologies, strategic planning and preparation, effective incident response and disaster recovery.
