The applicability of Gabriel Faure's artistic songs in the vocal performing arts in working with young singers

Summary/Abstract: As one of the most prominent French composers of his generation, Gabriel Faurѓ has worked in instrumental, orchestral, chamber and vocal music, and his style has influenced many composers of the 20th century. His early works carry the bright style of French salon music and were influenced by Chopin, Saint-Saёns and Liszt. His vocal works have an extremely important reference (cognitive) value in the field of vocal pedagogy, which is the subject of this publication.
