Summary/Abstract: With the advent of the era of globalization, intercultural exchange is becoming more and more common and covers many fields of human life, such as politics, economy, culture, tourism, education, art, etc. As a kind of intercultural exchange, multicultural music education is increasingly is increasingly becoming an important part of scientific research in today’s world.This article, in the context of multiculturalism, arranges the current situation of music education in normal colleges and universities in my country and points out the shortcomings and shortcomings of the current traditional model of my country. By establishing correct concepts, updating the curriculum, and strengthening the construction of teaching staff, we will build a high-level music education model with Chinese characteristics.
