Summary/Abstract: This report looks specifically at the National Referendum. It gives the difference between the different types of referendums in Bulgaria, the nature of the referendum and the legal framework. It examines the whole process by looking at the „Law on the Direct Participation of Citizens in State Power and Local Self-Government”.
