Summary/Abstract: This article is dedicated to the analysis of three ads from the viral campaign It’s Illogical created by the American social movement It’s On Us. The author of the article primarily analyzes the persuasive techniques used in the films, such as the topos of “world upside down”, reduction to absurdity, as well as the grotesque aesthetics of the ads. Author also meditates on the persuasive effectiveness of the spots.
