Summary/Abstract: ObjectivesThe study aimed to propose a fuzzy logic system solution as a tool to support the decision to implement outsourcing in companies, taking into account the fundamental factors of the concept.Material and methodsBased on an extensive literature review, a questionnaire survey of companies and an industry research report, a set of fundamental factors for the use of outsourcing in companies was selected. A fuzzy logic model was then created to generate an answer on whether a company should implement outsourcing activities based on the values of the input factors.ResultsThe results of the study suggest that the use of fuzzy logic can effectively support companies in making decisions to delegate functions or processes to external partners. Automating this process can effectively help companies adapt to dynamic market changes.ConclusionsAdaptation to market conditions and continuous development are crucial to the success of enterprises. Automating the decision-making process, especially in the area of outsourcing, can be an important factor in helping companies adapt to changing economic conditions. A limitation of the study is the need for enterprises to prepare for the selection of an outsourcing partner and processes for delegation. Conclusions point to the need for further research into the development of preparation strategies that can support enterprises in the effective use of a fuzzy logic-based decision-making model.
