Summary/Abstract: Fairy tale characters often serve a descriptive purpose and hold significant literary value as they embody archetypal structures deeply ingrained in the collective consciousness. These characters have developed specific linguistic expressions within the creative community and the aim of this paper is to illustrate what types of literary devices the naming of the Romanian fairy tale employs.
