Minors in social perception

Summary/Abstract: This article presents definitions of a minor and a juvenile. It also discusses thecommission of criminal acts and the criminal liability of minors. The subject of demoral-ization is discussed as well as the main determinants of actions inconsistent with the letterof the law. The article lists the possible types of criminal behavior, while the empiricalresearch focuses on the social perception of minors and possible actions aimed at elimi-nating the phenomenon of minors committing criminal acts.
