Summary/Abstract: The report provides a detailed analysis of the PR approaches; promotion; and communications used by the „Nikolay Osipovich Masalitinov“ Drama Theatre in Plovdiv. Strategies for building loyalty among audiences are examined; emphasizing the importance of ongoing communication and engagement with the audience after the performance ends. Various methods and tools for attracting attention to theatrical events are analyzed; including social media; collaboration with media channels; educational and interactive initiatives; as well as special events and programs for loyal customers. Practical strategies are suggested for the theater to strengthen its connection with the audience and build a lasting relationship between them.
