Measures against human trafficking in Poland

Summary/Abstract: This article deals with different aspects relating to the crime of human trafficking in Poland.The author describes relevant national and international instruments and presents the mostimportant challenges relating to combating human trafficking. The article attempts to an-swer the question about the effectiveness of existing regulations, pointing to the areas thatrequire changes – in regards to legislation and in the practice of applying existing norms.
