Summary/Abstract: Authoress, in her article, presents question of senility ste reo type in the back -ground of issue referring to a view of the world, which is an ordinary knowledge oflanguage’s user concerning surrounding reality, and a picture of a senility is itsfragment. She notices that stereotype can be positive or negative, or it can connectboth elements. Jokes analyzed in article present a senility mainly in a negative way
