APPROACHING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL LAW LEGISLATION IN CASES INVOLVING MINORS IN CONFLICT WITH THE LAW

Summary/Abstract: This scientific work presents a concise analysis on the criminal liability of minors in conflict with the law from the perspective of international criminal legislation. Likewise, within the scope of this study, we have outlined a clear picture of a delinquent minor's journey through the criminal justice system in various states of the European Union. In the last part of the study, a series of issues faced by the minor in various societies have been analyzed.
