Summary/Abstract: This paper is devoted to the interaction between economic actors, the state and civil society regarding protected areas. Be researched the human factor, namely, the fact that the modern world has entered a new stage of its development - globalization, therefore it is important that the process of globalization serves sustainable development, and for this it is necessary that the economic expenses also depend on solutions balanced to the socio-economic problems of environmental conservation. Thus, the approach to the interaction of economic factors, state and civil society in the case of protected areas, continues to be of particular interest to contemporary researchers, considering the growth of the population, their expansion and the exploitation of forests, being a global issue and up to now.
