Summary/Abstract: This article analyzes the regulations regarding the general competence of the courts to resolve labor disputes. The way of delimiting the powers of the courts from other jurisdictional bodies when solving these civil cases was highlighted. In particular, these regulations were researched both for the examination of individual labor disputes and for the resolution of collective labor conflicts. The problem existing in the judicial practice regarding the delimitation of the powers of the jurisdictional bodies in the settlement of civil cases resulting from legal employment relations was highlighted. In order to improve the regulations in this field, proposals were submitted to supplement and modify the legislative framework.
