Summary/Abstract: In our information age, educational institutions are actively integrating information technologies for modeling and managing the quality of their services. Modern educational markets face challenges that demand effective tools to adapt to rapidly changing requirements and expectations of learners, educators, and parents. In this context, information technologies in modeling and quality management become a key factor in the educational sphere. The article focuses on the role of information technologies in contemporary education and their impact on the processes of modeling and quality management of educational services. The authors examine prospective methods, tools, and approaches that contribute to the efficient utilization of information technologies in the context of educational services. Current trends in information technologies in education are analyzed, and solutions are proposed to enhance the quality of educational processes and ensure satisfaction of the needs of all participants in the educational process. This article aims to explore current challenges and opportunities associated with the use of information technologies in the field of educational services and suggest prospective pathways for their integration into educational practices.
