Summary/Abstract: In this article, we analyze some ideas related to the role of school managers in the process of adaptation of beginning teachers for the efficiency of integration in the school environment and the assurance of the quality educational process. Along with the evolution of the educational system and in the context of its development in accordance with the strategic priorities of the state of the Republic of Moldova, the need to record progress in a formative context increases in all aspects of education. The aim of ensuring the quality of education is achieved by achieving success in various areas: the modernization of educational institutions, the provision of professional teaching staff, the adaptation and integration of beginners in the professional activity, the improvement of the level of competence of teaching staff, involvement in projects and collaboration within partnerships educational, etc. All of this falls within the management and solution of problems within school management, but also in the general issue of education, which currently influences the way of professional adaptation of beginning teaching staff. We support the idea that, especially at the beginning of their career, not only state institutions must support teachers, but also the whole society, to be concerned with creating the optimal conditions for optimizing the adaptation process of beginning teachers, assisting and organizing mentoring in order to ensure the functional context for the personal and professional development of teachers.
