Summary/Abstract: The article explores aggressive behavior in traffic and identifies its multiple sources. Road traffic aggression is highlighted as having serious consequences and is influenced by variable factors, including psychological, social and circumstantial factors. By exploring the various psychological theories that explain the origins of aggression in this context, as well as presenting the results of a recent study, the importance of a thorough understanding of this social phenomenon is highlighted. The study reveals that personality traits, stress levels and environmental factors are among the main contributors to the manifestation of aggressive behavior in traffic. In conclusion, the article highlights the need for a multidisciplinary approach and the development of effective strategies for the prevention and management of aggressive behavior in traffic, underlining the importance of involving all stakeholders in promoting a safe and respectful road environment.
